Every community has a special attraction unique to the city. Naples has the Pier at the south end, the Ritz-Carlton to the north, and fabulous Gulf Shore Boulevard in between. Taking a drive up The Boulevard is an enchanting experience, a beautiful meandering drive with landscaped medians and a diversity of interesting architectural styles.
The condominiums and cooperatives along both sides of the Boulevard begin just north of the Naples Beach Hotel and continue northward to Naples Grand Hotel and Resort at the south end of Pelican Bay. Approximately 135 beach and bay front condominium sites are found on the Boulevard and surrounding streets. Building vintages vary from the late 1950s to present day.
Architectural styles can vary from tropical Bahama-style low-rise buildings to 24-story contemporary structures that range from one-bedroom units up to 4 or 5 bedroom multi-story penthouses. Amenities may include boat docks, tennis courts, fitness centers, large swimming pools, saunas, Jacuzzis, and clubhouse rooms with kitchens, pool tables, and more. Cabanas and special guest residences are often found at the larger Gulf-front buildings, and many of these communities also offer special security and privacy measures, including live-in managers and/or on-site security guards. For those on the Bay side, multiple public entry points along the Boulevard provide beach access.
